We are looking for a reliable and professional Company Driver to provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation for employees, managers, supplies, and other company requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the vehicle’s cleanliness and condition, following transportation safety protocols, navigating routes efficiently, and providing professional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of employees and other passengers during transportation.
- Transport managers to meetings, site visits, and other business-related engagements.
- Ensure timely arrival at scheduled destinations and appointments.
- Transport company supplies and materials to other sites as needed.
- Use navigation applications to identify the most efficient routes and manage travel time effectively.
- Maintain the cleanliness, condition, and overall readiness of the company vehicle.
- Ensure sufficient fuel for scheduled and operational transportation needs.
- Follow traffic rules, transportation safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Interact professionally with clients, employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with administrative tasks during periods without scheduled transportation.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly task reports as required.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a professional driver or company driver.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License.
- Knowledgeable in routes, traffic rules, and safe driving practices.
- Strong situational awareness and good judgment.
- Keen attention to detail and good time-management skills.
- Familiarity with transportation safety protocols.
- Basic knowledge of communication gadgets and navigation applications.
- Professional, courteous, and pleasant personality.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible in handling transportation duties.
- Willing to work onsite and travel between Antipolo and Ortigas as required.
